Vintage Hermes Tie Etriers Scarf Necktie Silk Twill France

This is an authentic vintage Hermes tie made of silk twill in France - note the signature thread loop shown in the last photo.  This vintage Hermes tie is made in the Etriers scarf pattern designed in 1964 by Francoise de la Perriere.  I believe that the tie dates to the 1990s.  It measures  57” in length and has a width of 3 7/8” at its widest.  It is in very clean condition and has been recently dry cleaned, although I removed the dry cleaning ticket - no noted stains or soiling and no pulls or noticeable wear except for maybe a pressing dimple at the bottom centre, very minor and not noticeable.  Please ignore any shadows caused by lighting.  This is a wonderful collectible tie - we don’t often see these vintage Hermes ties made out of scarf silk, very classy!
